De-Wen Wang, born in April 1973, graduated from North China Electric Power College in July 1995 with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Application. He received his master's degree and PhD degree in 1998 and 2009 respectively from North China Electric Power University, majoring in power system and its automation. He has presided over or participated in more than 10 scientific and technological projects.
As the project leader, he has completed 1 project of National Natural Science Foundation of China and 2 projects of Basic Research Funds for Central Universities; as the 2nd finisher, he has won the 1st Prize of Science and Technology Progress of Baoding City, Hebei Province and the 2nd Prize of Science and Technology Progress of Hebei Province. As the first inventor, he was granted 4 patents. He has published more than 40 academic papers. He has served as a reviewer for China Journal of Electrical Engineering, Power System Automation, Power Automation Equipment, Power Grid Technology and other magazines.
