Dongyang Zhang, a senior engineer in 'Department of Computer Science North China Electric Power University (Baoding). With nearly 20 years of experience, he currently serves as the Head of the front-line experimental center, overseeing undergraduate experimental teaching, managing experimental instruments, and providing student guidance.

He has led and participated in numerous research projects, with total funding exceeding 1 million RMB. He is responsible for managing large-scale equipment, including the Computer Auditory Platform, which accumulates over 1,200 hours of usage annually. His academic contributions include 2 published papers and the Hebei Province Science and Technology Progress Award (Third Prize). He has also led 1 national university fund project, 5 horizontal research projects, and contributed to over 10 cross-disciplinary studies. His research achievements include 3 granted patents and 7 software copyrights.

In the area of student innovation, he has mentored students who have won 2 national second prizes and 2 provincial second prizes in the National Undergraduate Electronic Design Contest, as well as a national third prize in the China Graduate Electronic Design Contest. Additionally, he has played a leading role in 4 Ministry of Education renovation and repair fund projects, managing a budget of over 8 million RMB. He independently developed a laboratory reservation management system, which successfully digitized laboratory operations and automated data reporting to the Ministry of Education.

Prof. Zhang remains committed to advancing experimental education and research, continually seeking new collaborations and opportunities for innovation in the field.
