Abstract: Electric vehicle charging is an important constituent of electric vehicles to provide power, and giving electric vehicles the most convenient charging path planning service is an indispensable part of the development of electric vehicles. Considering the conditions of transportation network, distribution network and electric vehicle itself as the hindering clay factor of the mathematical model of intelligent water droplet algorithm, the libsvm analysis is utilized to obtain the optimal path probability, and four functions are used to verify its feasibility in the path planning of electric vehicles. The validation results show that the intelligent water droplet algorithm is feasible in the path planning of electric vehicles.
